§1 General information
1.Act of sales is carried out through Internet as remote agreement between a buyer– further called Customer, and an online shop – further called Magic Play Sp. z o.o.
§2 Orders
1.Orders can be placed through order form placed on the webiste of Magic Play Sp. z o.o., through e-mail sklep@magicplay.pl, or by phone: 0801 000 133 and 062 753 21 88
2.Customer’s full data and delivery address is crucial to complete the order (name, surname, street, post code, town) .This also applies to contact information (name, surname phone, e-mail).
3.Should we receive incomplete or untrue data, we will attempt to contact the Customer to complete the form . Magic Play Sp.z o.o.may cancel the order, should we fail to make contact with the Customer
4.Your order is accepted:
a.in case of orders payable by bank transfer or cash on delivery - when we receive Your confirmation of order.

5.Customerwill receive a return email with order notification.
6.Your order will be accepted and completed provided: the ordered items are available on stock (each item on the website goes with availability information). Magic Play Sp. z o.o. will contact the Customer should not all the ordered items be available, and will take all steps to make agreement with Customer (partial completion, extended completion time, order cancellation).
7.Promotions and Sales cover limited amount of items. We accept such orders chronologically until all the items are sold out.

§3 Pricing and payments
1.Magic Play Sp. z o.o. has the right to alter prices of the offered items , introduce new items, launch and cancel sales campaigns at shop’s website and/or introduce any other changes.
2.You may choose any of the following payment options:
a.cash on delivery – payable to a courier
b.bank transfer directly to account provided at the www.magicplay.pl website:
§4 Delivery conditions and pricing
1.Each of the offered items goes with availability information. When You order items marked as „on stock”, they will be shipped out:
a)on the same day – for orders placed on weekdays and confirmed before 2.00 p.m.
b)next working day – for orders placed and confirmed after 2.00 p.m.
In case of bank transfer payment orders will be shipped out after reciving the payment.
In case of order products with different avialibility, goods will be send after completing the order.
Magic Play sp. z o.o. can not be held responsible for non-timely deliveries or while-shipment damages caused by shipping company
§5 Warranty
Products are under manufacturer, importer or seller warranty. Time of warranty can be found in product description. Warranty details can be found on product’s warranty card and/or user’s manual.
